The Waxing Moon

Waxing simply means growing, and this time (about 14 days) between the New Moon and the Full Moon is a grand time for growing projects:

spells designed to increase abundance,
health,
love

You can tie in to the Moon’s power to ‘grow’ the power of your rituals as the Moon grows.

It’s a good time to work for:

fresh starts,
inspiration,
new love,
friendships,
business building,
financial prosperity.

If you have been in poor health, this is the time to work to increase your vitality, your ability to fight disease or to recover lost energy.

This is a good time to offer healing to other people, so long as you obey the basic principle of getting permission before you do anything. Remember that everybody has a right to their own illness. You do not know what lesson they have chosen to learn, or why. My teachers taught me it is unethical and arrogant to do healing work for others, unless they have specifically asked me to do so.

This is also a good time to charge crystals for healing, if your ritual is to take place over more than three days.

Love Spells

There's a million and one love spells available for you, just pick up any women's magazine, but one thing you should always remember ... it’s best not to wish for love from someone who “belongs” to another; usually what you put out you get back, three times three.
