We all know that allowing worry to be part of our life affects our physical well-being and can even lead to bodily dis-ease, but did you realise that allowing yourself the indulgence of worry can also affect your spiritual well-being?
When we worry, we allow ourselves to doubt that our Universe will support us. We choose to disconnect from the source that provides for every one of us in abundance, by replacing our abundance belief with a belief that we must worry the world into action on our behalf.
Even when we accept that worry damages our spiritual as well as our physical well-being, it can still be very difficult to stop worrying.
Worry becomes a habit, and stopping any habit needs self-discipline. Only you can decide if and when you are going to stop.
There are many excellent metaphysical authors who have focused on worry and who have described ways in which you can choose to stop worrying – or you can decide not to worry, just for today. Now while that sounds simplistic, it is really a very useful device to change the habit of worry. You will find that every day that you spend consciously freeing yourself from worry, makes the next day easier to live without worry. It is a difficult task, but it is possible to achieve.
When you decide to stop worrying, you will also find that everything you do can be done better when you are quiet, still and calm.
Never underestimate the absolute power you are unleashing in your life, by deciding to give up your addiction to worry. By choosing to live a life free of worry, you have decided to trust in the Universe.
You have chosen to create the beliefs that you desire.
You have chosen to live in the Now.
